What kind of payments do you accept? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, thru Paypal and money orders. As of 11-03-03 If you pay by Paypal you must verified and and have a confirmed address, or else your payments will be declined. You must pay by Money Order or Personal Check. Sorry for the inconvenience, but a few dishonest people has ruined it for everybody. How long does it take for a check or money order to clear? Checks and Money orders usually take up to 4 business days to clear. We ship out orders after checks are cleared. Why is my credit card declined? Please make sure your billing address matches address "EXACTLY" as it appears on your credit card statement. Is your credit card transaction system secure? All credit card transactions and information are processed on Paypal secure servers. Your personal information is NEVER sold or transferred to any other company or person, only to our own customer service. Do you charge sales tax? Which states? We are a Texas-based company, therefore it is mandatory for us to collect on all Texas sales tax (8.25% of total sales) for orders shipped to Texas addresses. |
