Damaged during shipping

What do I do if I receive my product damage?
If you receive your plane, damaged from the shipping process, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim for you. Please examine the component(s) in question and provide us a picture, if possible. A detailed description of the damage(s) to the component(s) and the condition of the shipping box. Please keep all original components for pick-up by the shipping carrier for claims inspection.

How long will this process take?
The process is dependent on the shipping carrier. This time frame could be from 5 - 8 business days.

Can I return the damaged plane for a refund?
Unfortunately, we can not accept any damaged goods for return. If the damage was cause during shipping. You must go thru the shipping carrier claim process, no exception.

Can I get the replacement item while its in the claims process?
Yes, a replacement item will be shipped out once a tracking number or shipping confirmation is sent to us.
