What do I do if I receive my product damage? If you receive your plane, damaged from the shipping process, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim for you. Please examine the component(s) in question and provide us a picture, if possible. A detailed description of the damage(s) to the component(s) and the condition of the shipping box.
